Scott is an amazing realtor to work with! We worked with Scott for nine months during the crazy market the pandemic brought. We weren't the easiest clients, first-time home buyers, plus we were looking for a needle in a hay stack type of home. However, house hunting with Scott was easy. Scott was so patient, honest, and was readily available and responsive 24/7. During the negotiation part of the process, Scott made it feel so simple, he knew exactly what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and about home structures and amenities. He is personable, trustworthy, and just a pleasure to go through this process with. We are now living in our dream home, and Scott will always have a seat at our dinner table.

My wife and I had the wonderful privilege of working with Blair Kennedy to sell our home. From the very first conversation with Blair, we were confident that we made the right choice to go with him. Blair's team was with us every step of the way and provided us with detailed instructions for staging the house. When the house went on the market, Blair provided us with updates at then end of each day until ultimately we got our offer. After we closed on the house, we rented it back for a month. We had a great experience working with Scott and Amanda. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and lent a lot of insight into each property we visited without ever pushing us down one path or another. He would just present objective information and let it be our choice. Both he and Amanda would actively seek answers to questions we had if they weren't readily available and always accommodated our schedules. In general, both were congenial, friendly people we were happy to spend the home search time with. Given how your realtor is with you every step of the way, it hadn't occurred to me in the past the importance of having some chemistry. My kids in particular adored Amanda.

Oh man, where do I even start! Pam is beyond AMAZING, She is the BEST realtor my family has ever had! We are a Military family of almost 25 years so we've seen a lot. Pam was ALWAYS there when we needed her. No question was a bad question. She went above and beyond to help us find a home when we couldn't physically be there in person. If you need a realtor request her, she won't let you down!! We will definitely be having her sell our house when we transfer again! THANK YOU SO MUCH PAM!!!!

Julie Singer was my agent and she went above and beyond. My house had sat on the market with another agent for over 250 days before I hired Julie. She had my home under contract within 2 weeks.
