Nick Calvert

We originally got a reference for Nick Calvert to list and sell our primary home in Chesapeake and we were so satisfied with the experience, we asked him if he could sell our rental property which had been on the market for several months. Nick and Lori quickly assessed the property, took new pictures of the property and put it back on the market. He was able to get the house under contract within a month. I listed my property myself on Zillow. Nick called me the very next day, very first caller. We was very Helpful and polite on the phone, no pressure kind of conversations. He respected my wishes on giving me a week to Sell it myself and even offered advice on how to go about doing it. During my week of showings and interviews with other realtors, I came to the conclusion that I am not a Realtor. Buyers are reluctant to make offers on properties without proper representation. I chose Nick over all other realtors because of his realistic home price analysis and is well networked in the field. He's on time, can be easily reached by phone. Very Knowledgeable on the selling process and always followed up every step of the way to make sure I was ok with everything. After a week I had a full price offer on my house.
