Todd and Nancy Moeller

I just thought I would throw in my two cents! As a retired police officer, I pride myself on honesty and integrity and accordingly all those for which I associate with or hire must be of the same ilk. I won't be long in my review, but suffice it to say, Nancy is one of the best people and realtors--no, she is thee best realtor--that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Folks, do yourself a favor and if you have any questions or wish to list your home for sale, go no further in looking around and hire this lady! She will do what is best for you and not her pocket book. She garnered her reputation from exactly that...enough said!

I received the keys to my new place two weeks ago and realized I should have taken the time then to provide my feedback. I had an excellent experience with Todd and Nancy during the home buying process. They were extremely easy to work with and very efficient. They helped me to understand what to expect along every step of the way which made the process so simple and easy... I feel like I woke up in 3 to 4 weeks and was a home owner again for the second time in my life. <br/><br/>I had a horrible experience in San Diego buying my first place with a different realty company/realtor so I was not sure what to expect this time around but it was great!<br/><br/>I will refer them to my friends when they decide to buy and if I decide to sell this place in a few years they will definitely get my business again. Thank you both for making it so easy!

Todd and Nancy helped us by our first house. It was a short sale in Anaheim Hills and it took a good 6 months to close but they were right there every time we called/texted for updates. One reason it took so long was because the banks tried twice to raise the price, once by 25k and again by 50k. They handled it both times and kept the price right where we could afford. Can't thank them enough and they'll be the first agents we call when think about getting a bigger place.

Nancy and Todd did a great job selling our house in Irvine. The house needed a LOT of work, which they arranged for us. I live in another state so I had to rely upon them to get everything done. Nancy and Todd are a great team to work with, I highly recommend them.

We no longer live in SoCal and were worried about finding an agent that can help us over long distance since we would not be present most of the time. We met Nancy and Todd in person and initiated some renovations before selling the house. However, we needed Nancy and Todd to oversee the renovations, approve the work, and even pay the contractor after we left. They were on top of everything, every step of the way. They provided excellent advice and local expertise in finding a cleaning crew, landscaping help, air conditioning repair, etc. I just cannot say enough about how well Nancy communicated with us every step of the way. I never felt wondering "what's going on?" because Nancy made it clear what to expect and kept us on top of every issue/problem. We never felt pressured but received valuable expert advise so that we could make informed decisions all along the way.

Nancy Moeller was referred to me to handle the sale of an income property in LA. I was unsure at first since I was dealing with the sale remotely, but she ended up handling everything quite well. Nancy was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She handled all of the details of the sale, as well as following through on final close. She even shipped a box of personal items to me that were found on the sold property. I was particularly impressed that everything was handled so smoothly with me located so far away. I would definitely recommend her and her team to handle the sale of a home.

They were both very cooperative and professional throughout the process. A sincere approach on their part of finalizing the sale and a complete execution of business in a personalized way. Nancy was always responsive to questions along the way and we loved the way they marketed our home with a comprehensive plan that allowed us to sell for an excellent price in three weeks. We were also extremely impressed with their social media expertise which we feel puts them at the top for how to effectively market your property. The video that showed off our home was exceptional - we loved how they used our own voices as the voiceover narration talking about our home and what we loved about it. We felt it set our property apart from other more standard videos that feature simply pictures backed by music, or someone else speaking about the home. Nancy has such a pleasant, professional demeanor that we always felt comfortable knowing she or Shauna would be representing our home to potential buyers.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! In my opinion, you can't find a better team for your real estate needs than Nancy and Todd. Honest, high integrity, knowledgeable, offer a great marketing package, friendly, compassionate, kind, concerned, easy to talk to, "real" -- I obviously could go on and on.
