Nancy Miles

Ms. Anderson Miles is a true kind hearted professional in a dying age of customer service. She went above and beyond with explaining all the real estate lingo, terminology, ins, outs, and guidlines that I was ignorant to as a first time home buyer. Ms Anderson Miles even took the time and patience teaching the seller's agent a few things (to say the least!) as this was his first sale as well! She was alway very honest, patient, and kind. She is very prompt with answers, emails, and phone calls. She has decades selling real estate in the area so she is very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods, history of land, and locations. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone buying any type of property and miss my interaction with her as it was so frequent during the home buying process. She is more than a real estate agent, she is a home buyer's advocate!

I wish I could give Nancy more than 5 stars-- especially when it comes to responsiveness. She was ALWAYS quick to respond, which we so appreciated as this is our first home. She answered questions with kindness, expertise, and clarity... and we had LOTS of questions. Nancy never made us feel like we were bothering her, either-- she was patient and good humored in every single conversation we had. She was accommodating and flexible when scheduling meetings and showings, and showed true professionalism throughout the entire process. We definitely felt like we had a strong advocate in our corner. Whenever we hit snags in the process, Nancy was quick to explain our options and fight for our best interests. It may sound clichd, but she truly made our dreams come true! We would use her again in heartbeat, though we don't plan on leaving the home she found for us. :) We recommend her enthusiastically-- Nancy is the best!!

I first met Nancy in 2015 at an open house. After talking to her for awhile I was impressed with her experience and local knowledge. Since I knew we would selling our house in 2018, I signed up for her local listings. When we decided to list our house, we called Nancy. Throughout the entire process she was both professional and helpful. She had local contractors that could freshen up our house. During the negotiation process she kept us fully informed. In the end, she got us an offer far and above our asking price. The system only allows 5 stars, I would have given her 10!

Nancy is amazing!!! We did not expect to be buying any time soon when our landlord said they were selling their house. She knew all the neighborhoods in a huge radius and gently steered us away from poor choices in location and architecture. This was incredibly helpful because we are not originally from New England and didn't know what to look for and be aware of - especially when it came to future resale value. When we settled on purchasing a new build, Nancy guided us through the entire process. She made sure that everything we needed down to tree removal and doorways was in our purchase and sales agreement from the beginning. This ended up saving us in numerous ways. She was also extremely helpful when it came to making some design choices because she knew what was selling and what wasn't. Nancy and her team are top-notch from start to finish. I recommend her to everyone and if we ever choose to sell our home she is going to be my first call.

Five stars, 10 if I could. I recently had to sell my condo and move to another state to care for my mother. So I needed the sale to be quick. I can honestly say that Nancy went above and beyond all my expectations. She worked tirelessly to complete the sale, which happened quickly. Since I was 800 miles away, She did a lot of things for me that I consider to be outside of what is required of a Real Estate Agent. Helping with replacement of carpet, found a contractor to do painting & general repair I recommend Nancy without hesitation if you are looking for an Agent that is dependable, reliable, and of the highest integrity. She made the whole process as painless and financially beneficial to me as was humanly possible. I first met her in 2014, and she still had all my information and even remembered me all these years later. I thank her for her excellent service and hard work, If I ever need a Real Estate Agent again, I'll be calling her! Thank you, Nancy, for a great experience.

Nancy was a pleasure to work with! Her communication is superb! She made dealing with a horrible buyers agent more tolerable and helped us to get top dollar for our house. She also helped us buy our forever home which ended up being a for sale by owner. She coordinated everything with the sellers and our lender making it possible to move in within our extremely tight timeline. She is a very dedicated, experienced, and knowledgeable agent! I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I would like to briefly mention what a pleasure it was having Nancy as our realtor. Not only was she the realtor we hired when purchasing our home. We hired her again to help us sell it! She is truly a well seasoned realtor, and her knowledge makes such a difference when dealing with all the stresses of buying and selling a home. My husband and I are retired military, so have purchased and sold our share of homes in the past. We can both say with all honesty, Nancy is the crme de la crme when it comes to realtors! We can't thank her enough for all the hard work, and also for being someone I enjoyed working with. I feel like I gained a friend!

This is the 2nd time I've used Nancy, which says more about my faith in her abilities than anything I can write here. She is outstanding. What I love about her is that she works as hard for a buyer of a $200K house as she does for a buyer of a Million-plus $$ home. I wanted to make some minor changes to the house I was buying. Nancy connected me to an electrician, carpenter and plumber! I was also dealing with an extremely persnickety homeowner who made me compress all my measuring of curtains and meeting with all contractors into one time period. Nancy patiently waited with me for ninety minutes. She helped educate me on what to look for - and look OUT for - and steered me clear of some properties that, in the long run, would not have been a good fit for me. She saved me time and made me feel like a highly valued client - ALWAYS. Show less

Nancy has represented us for 3 purchases and two sales over the past 25 yrs, finding our starter home in 1992 & most recently buying & selling in 2016. Through all, she has worked very hard for us & brought extensive knowledge & experience to the table. Our most recent move, we had buyers for our home and sellers for the new home & both very inflexible on closing dates & conditions & Nancy worked for weeks coordinating lawyers, agents , homeowners through multiple extensions to reach a workable agreement between all. Without doubt, Nancy was the agent that made those two deals work, and without her taking the lead both would certainly have fallen apart. Throughout all of our real estate transactions, Nancy has worked hard for us and provided solid guidance throughout , but during this recent move we really came to see the difference between average real estate agents &top-notch. The other agents were present, but Nancy made it happen. I would recommend Nancy to anyone, any time.
