Nancy helped our Church Congregation with the sale of two properties, and we never thought that each property would be sold as quickly as it did. The first property dealt with the sale of land right off of route 512 and we had to work with our attorney for approval for the land to be sold and her patients dealing with this property sale was appreciated. We closed on the property and at the same time she notified us that we had a buyer of our church while the land sale was still in progress. We then closed on the sale of the church. Negotiations were quick and the closing on the property was easier than I thought. She had the patience to make numerous trips to our church to make our members aware of what needed to be removed and accomplished before the closing date.
