We reached out to Joel around January of 2022. We were coming off a bad experience with a previous realtor. The first thing Joel did was make us feel at home and was completely upfront about everything going into this process. We had a bunch of questions and concerns but Joel answered them all with reassurance. We can't speak highly enough of Joel Adams. We met him in the early fall when we had just begun our search for a home in the Las Vegas area - we were looking on our own and Joel happened to be the agent who responded through the Zillow app to show us a listing. I was moving to the LV area from out of state so I only had a day or so to look at some listings. After I returned to my home state, Joel continued to stay in touch and we worked together to find listings that fit our search criteria and he would check them out to see if they were worthy or not. Throughout the whole process, Joel listened to me vent, calmed me and helped me to not lose focus or give up. After many months, we finally found the perfect home for us and I couldn't be happier. If you want an agent that really listens to your needs, cares passionately about his job and has an extraordinary amount of patience, then Joel is that agent. I just bought my first home with Tannyr and let me just say I had the best experience. Being new to Las Vegas and having two kids, she always made sure we were looking at homes in safe areas that had good schools near by. Me and my husband have full time jobs with opposite schedules and really couldnt see houses during the week. Tannyr was willing to do video tours which I just loved! She never discouraged me if I wanted to tour a house and was available on the weekends! She was always a text or phone call away and I swear we talked almost everyday multiple times a day which I believe was awesome In this crazy market. She was patient and explained everything so thorough to me and never made me feel pressured to put in an offer. I loved how she was real, upfront and did not sugar coat anything. I recommend Tannyr 100% and I hope we can work together again in the future.

I met Joel Adams at the very first property I had found on Zillow through the search App. I was VERY specific, I new EXACTLY what I wanted...Joel met me there on February 17, and we closed St Patrick's Day March 17. ONE MONTH, from first show to close. Joel Adams is amazing. He had everything organized and answered all the questions I had. My appraisel even came in 15k higher then our accepted offer!!!!. Joel Adams and his team have my highest recommendation.

I had a good experience with Zach. Zach was attentive, and was able to help me as an out-of-state buyers trying to navigate and purchase in the competitive Las Vegas market. He was able to provide detailed video tours of homes I liked, and was easy to contact when needed. Although he is young in age, he has the knowledge and expertise of someone who has been in the real estate for decades. I'd definitely recommend him to friends and family looking for a home in Henderson or Las Vegas.

Was very helpful through the whole process. Really cared about helping to find the perfect home and did not try to push into buying something I was not 100% sure about. Took the time to see as many houses as I wanted to.

Working with the Roland Team was fantastic! They were there for me every step of the way. They have wonderful resources at their fingertips which they incorporated into my home buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They really take the guest work out of buying a home. Especially for someone like me who bought their first home. The only problem that I have now is that since I bought the house and don't have a reason to communicate with them I miss them terribly.
