Mike was great at helping us purchase our new home! With the specific neighborhood we were looking at, the supply is extremely rare in an already scarce market, and the demand/competition is really high. He was able to negotiate and get our offer accepted almost immediately and avoid a multiple counter-offer situation. He worked hard with the listing agent, and our lender to help close escrow in under 30 days. Mike was very helpful with our long distance sale. After a job relocation forced us to put our home on the market, Mike assisted us with every showing, recommended reasonable repair and inspection professionals and kept all moving well through the selling process. He is very personable, professional and his style meshes well with different personalities which was helpful considering the amount of showings we had in the first couple of weeks.

Mike Doyle proved to be an excellent real estate agent for me. ALL of our transactions were over the phone and through email. Although we have never met , he treated me as a face-to-face client. Initially he provided me with excellent information on the comps and the market. When it turned out that a relative of my tenant wanted to buy the house he was willing to work with both of us. I felt he was very honest and unbiased, explaining why things would go in a certain way depending on the particular circumstance. He had both of our interests at heart in the name of fairness.
