We chose Mick after a friend suggested him to us. We were interested in older homes either in Downtown Alb. or Mossman-type homes in the NE Heights. His knowledge of both areas is extensive. He said he enjoyed working with first-time home buyers and he certainly was patient with us. He has fantastic negotiating skills and good contacts with local contractors to do renovations before closing the deal. We were able to get all of the fixes we wanted along with being near our original offer. I sold a home in Socorro where the Realtor did not communicate very well about when she would be on vacation and was out of contact with us until just 2 days before closing. Mick was very clear from the get-go about when he would be gone and had a back-up person available to answer our questions. We will definitely use Mick again when we sell this home and purchase a new one!

I worked with Mick and his team as a seller, to list a house for sale that my ex boyfriend and I owned together. It was not an ideal selling situation. Mick was very helpful and knowledgeable about what it would take to make the home as marketable as possible and about how we could come out of the sale as whole as possible.
