Mike was an amazing agent to work with and successfully sold my investment property last week!! Mike was there every step of the way to get the job done. He was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was comfortable with every decision. He also has a bunch of connections to refer me to when I needed it and everything was smooth. I will be referring Mike to any of my friends that are looking to buy or sell their house. He is a great Real Estate Agent and I highly recommend him!

I think I'm in love (or just plain spoiled). Mike is a real estate guru. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. I have personally used him four (4) times in purchasing and selling houses. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, what is out there, what the fair price is and will negotiate and be able to back his numbers us with facts. As a real estate attorney I represent people who are buying and selling homes where Mike is one of the brokers. This is where I know I'm spoiled. Deals do not fall through, he attends the home inspections, he negotiates again (if necessary), he ensures that all documents that are required are timely received (such as smoke detectors certificates, leases, etc). Mike is on the ball when it comes to deadlines and communicate well when extensions are needed. He makes my job a lot easier when he is involved.

My family has always done business with Mike DeLuca. He is one of the most knowledgeable and best brokers out there. He is strictly down to business, doesn't give you the run around, or try to just stick you somewhere to make money. He seems extremely caring, just by looking at the properties he has on the market. They are clean, reasonable, and overall seem structured. There is a lot of crooks out there but I could never have anything negative to say about Mike, I have and will continue to keep doing business with him. So will my family.

Mike is a wonderful realtor....always letting us know what is happening with the sale of the house...would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone that needs their house sold FAST!
