Michael was wonderful to work with. He sold our house in Strongsville, OH 8 years ago. We bought our house in Brunswick thru him at the same time. We came back to him this past October to sell our son's home in Akron. He was extremely helpful and professional. He kept in contact with us continuously throughout the whole process. We HIGHLY recommend him!

I wholeheartedly recommend Michael if you're looking for a realtor. I can't say enough nice things about working with Michael. We were able to find a home that was in our price range and perfect for us. Mr. Atkinson made himself available when it was convenient for my wife and I - and he learned our preferences/what we were looking for immediately (The man has a sixth sense about these things)! If you are like me, you are skeptical of all the five star ratings for Michael Atkinson. I will tell you the only reason I am giving Michael a five star rating is because 10 stars is not an option! Exactly the house we would have built, in a neighborhood we had seen and liked. With Michael's advice we went in with a strong offer and 8 hours later we got the house!
