Stop your search for a realtor and hire Matt. Theres no need to equivocate. Hes a terrific realtor and representative of everything I was looking for in an agent. Like many, I had no experience in selling property and right from our first meeting, felt completely comfortable in hiring him. To the point that I did not actually consider anyone else. He is professional, well spoken and clearly focused on putting his clients needs first. For a variety of reasons my transaction was complex and time consuming. Matt went above and beyond in multiple ways, thoroughly explained all aspects of the process while contacting numerous parties on my behalf. I felt completely comfortable throughout the process and had no doubt that he was making decisions that benefited me as the seller.
