Do NOT recommend Liz for selling your home. Once we signed our contract, communication was almost non-existent. We basically sold our house ourselves with her received a disgusting amount of money for doing absolutely nothing except writing the contract. She was in our home ONCE from our initial meeting to closing. A lock box was put on our house for showings but were we told the code to put our key in? No. Did she take our side when it came to negotiations? No. We had some concerns about the selling process and was she there to guide us through anything? No. After closing, we stayed in our home as a lease-back. Communication was cut off once she received her commission which she did nothing to deserve. This ended in myself reaching out to the buyers agent to finish everything up with the lease. (The buyers agent also said she was upset because Liz cut off all communication with her once commission checks were cut).Basically, all Liz did was slap her name on some papers and get paid.

Liz Steele managed to help me sell my property over the course of 12 months and I lived in Colorado. She helped identify small projects to increase equity, was professional and timely with communication, and exceeded my expectations. On top of assisting the tenant that was moving out. Liz was critical to the sale of my property and maximizing value and keeping piece of mind for me. Given the long distance this could have been Ill-managed and not handled efficiently. However, due to Lizs work ethic and skills, she took care of us. If there were more stars to give I would. Absolute rockstar!

Great experience with Luke Steele. Can't say enough good things. Very patient despite multiple major changes with our buying process. Always felt like he was on our side without pressuring us into any decisions. Buying process was smooth. Again, I cant say enough positive things. Amazing experience.

The Dimmick Team at Keller Williams truly followed a TEAM or Together Everyone Achieves More approach as they were quick to respond and act on my interests. They provided easy-to-follow steps that I needed to perform to successfully accomplish the sale of my property. Luke Steele is a fantastic realtor under team DIMMICK. We began the buying process from a different state. Luke went to several properties for us so we could do a live video tour. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out many things on the tour that we would've missed. He was already familiar with the military buying and selling process. We had an offer on a house within a few days of having him as a realtor. He and his team made buying a home an easy pain-free process. We highly recommend them.

We have work with Liz in four separate occasion; both buying and selling of two properties in Anchorage. She took the time to find properties that were within our requirements and then show us the places in person. Some cases it would take well over a dozen properties before we found a match and she was always there explaining the listing to us and willing to do some document research for some of our obscure questions. She's very knowledgeable with the region and helped us with understanding our buyers when the time came to sell the properties. I would recommend her and her team as she went above and beyond what I would expect a Realtor to provide their client.
