Matt went beyond his requirements, he took extra videos of the property. He checked on the property during bad storm. Any repairs needed he got them done for us. I would recommend to anyone.

Working with Matt made my experience very easy. Everything he told me he was going to do, he did. He told me what I needed to look out for and recommended some of the most honest people in the business. From the home inspector down to the termite inspector, everyone he recommended worked out great. With his knowledge and him working with my lawyer, we were able to catch a problem before it arose. Matt simplified all of the paperwork for us and answered every question. At times, I felt that we were taking advantage of him because he dedicated a lot of personal time making sure we got the house we were looking for. Matt is truly a team player an awesome realtor, and now a friend. We wouldn't be in our house if it wasn't for Matt.
