Due to the crazy Boston-area real estate market this past year, we werent even sure if we would be able to buy a house this year, but thanks to Joes expertise and guidance, we were able to buy a great house. Prior to our first Zoom call, we had already decided to go with another real estate agent but we didnt want to be rude and cancel the call with Joe. Within the first few minutes, he & Maryann had completely won us over and we knew that we would be going with them. He immediately started sending us great options and provided a lot of advice on the properties. After less than a month of working with him, we had an accepted offer on a move-in-ready house where we didnt feel that we were completely price-gauged. Joe was able to put together market research & a strategy that told us how to put in a competitive bid. It helped immensely that he had been a local his whole life, knew the area inside and out, and he actually lives a few blocks away. We could not recommend him enough.

Joe and his team are incredible! They helped my husband and I buy our first home in Whitman. Joe is knowledgeable and treated our purchase like he was buying the house for himself. Joe and the RE/MAX team went out of their way to help me find a home during the housing boom. After several offers were declined and one house failed inspection, the RE/MAX team stuck with me to help me find a house in my budget that would fit my needs. They also helped me to negotiate a deal for needed modifications to the property. In all, I looked at probably almost 50 properties with Joe and I can say that he knows a lot about housing, what gives a house value and the various fixes that may be needed for a property. He is also extremely knowledgeable about trades people and services available in the area - I greatly appreciate all of the help that the RE/MAX team gave me in finding my home. I would highly recommend!

I had a near impossible problem that Joe Watson solved. I needed to sell my in-firmed Mother's house in Dedham so that my sister could properly care for her at a brand new pre-construction handicapped accessible and handicapped friendly house on Cape Cod. The problem was that we needed to sell the house in the spring of 2018 to have the best possible chance of getting our asking price but we needed to stay in the house as a tenant after the closing until at least Oct 31 2018 while we waited for my sister's house down the cape to be built. This was a very tall order. However Joe Watson was able to sell my Mother's house at asking price with an August closing and convince the buyer to lease the house to us until Oct 31 2018 which is exactly what happened. I doubt any other broker could have pulled this off. Not only that, he gave us great advice on how to go about getting our asking price. Joe is a problem solver and I highly recommend Joe Watson and Remax Way Realty.
