Mary is a knowledgeable realtor and helped take all the stress out of selling a house. We had already discussed selling the house as is but knew we had to put a little into it to get a nice offer. We followed her advice and made the necessary updates. Listed the house on a Monday and had several offers by the weeks end. Thanks to her support and experience we made a quick sale and reaped the rewards from our added investment.
