I was seeking a realtor to represent me as a buyer, and Mary was the first one to contact me. She was so proactively helpful (and remained so throughout the process and even afterward) that I decided to go with her, and never once regretted it. She or her assistant were always there to answer question, and she guided and reassured me through the complex process of buying a foreclosure over 800 miles from my residence. She continuously went above and beyond, and I ended up with a better home than I ever expected to own in my life, and for far lower than what it was worth. Unusually among people I've done business with, I have absolutely NOTHING negative I can say about her or her skills. As a realtor, she rocks!
