Mary and her assistant Joe are the two most professional people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Mary came to all meetings prepared with facts and figures that really helped us make the right decisions. She understood the market and guided us through the process. She and Joe initiated communication throughout the process and kept us informed as the deal progressed. But what really set Mary apart was her sensitivity and compassion given we were selling our recently-deceased Mother's home. Although selling a home is a business deal, Mary really understood that this was a difficult time for our family and truly made things as easy as possible for us. I didn't know Mary going into this process, but she has earned all of my real estate business going forward.

We were planning on moving South in our retirement to be near our children. The day before the packing POD was to be dropped off, we found out our southern family took a new job and was moving to another state.
