Eric was extremely helpful in our search for our new home. We had moved cross country and had limited time to search in the area and Eric was great with scheduling times to view houses all on the same day. He also spent a lot of time reviewing properties that we were interested in but couldn't come and see immediately. All in all, he helped us find the perfect place to call, "home". Eric is a rare combination of a real estate contract expert and a knowledgeable builder/remodeler. He also has the ability to listen carefully which saved much time and effort in purchasing our home. There is no one else I would work with after discovering Eric. He had our best interest at heart, was easy to work with and could answer any question we had. Zoning? Sewer? Septic? Roof?
