I have taught in the public school system. I have a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling. I feel this helps me dealing with buyers and sellers. I have experience in the Dairy industry as well as the Beef Industry, WE dairy farms for several years and now have beef cattle. I also have experience Riding and competing on horses. We have won numerous belt buckles as well as other awards working cattle on horses. Have show at the state and national level. So I am very familiar with horse properties, Indoor arenas ect. I have also listed homes for all ranges of prices as well as lots of repossessions for Fannie Mae, HUD, Department of Veterans Afair, and numerous local banks.
