Linda helped us through a very difficult messy home purchase which included a lot of family drama. Linda never once blinked and just kept working for us, and in the end we ended up getting basically everything that we wanted. Being a first time home buyer this was already new and scary and Linda made it as easy as possible

Linda Gardener is the nicest most honest realtor I Have ever dealt with. We have sold and bought, and referred six homes with her and never a bad experience, and we were walked through every process. She also helped us negate a deal because the owner did not comply to fixing problem. We would have been lost without her help. She is so pleasing to talk to and work with and knows her stuff. Very, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home, and recommend her highly.

Linda was very attentive and asked all the right questions for us, she made the buying experience as painless as possible, i got a v.a. loan and needed to wait for my certificate to arrive before we could close and negotiated our contract for them to wait for that and hold the house for a longer than normal amount of time and even got us a warranty on all the appliances that i never would have thought to ask for, she made sure the drive way was plowed and the oil tank was full as we bought in the winter and the house was empty. i will use her the next time we buy a home for sure.

Always available when I needed to talk with her. Understands the market very well and made excellent judgement on the price I should sell my house for. Knows the Bangor area very well. Only positive things to say.
