Linda was awesome in the sale of our house in NE El Paso. We had no idea how to get started and a friend of ours said to call Linda. She showed when she said she would, toured the house pointing out the selling points and shared a couple of concerns, she put together a sale package for us to go over and it was exactly what she told us to expect. Linda felt confident that the house would sell fast, especially because of the backyard which we transformed into a private Oasis in the desert. We were excited about her optimism; however, we never expected to sell in 5 days!! Linda is straightforward, honest, and client driven. Linda provided expert advice to me and my Mom on how to prepare the house, price it, list it and ultimately negotiate a great outcome with the buyer. Linda Bastraw was a great Realtor/Property Manager and made the process of finding a house very easy. She was very nice and personable and took our needs into consideration, and with her vast knowledge of available properties she was able to find us a place quickly. Any questions or issues we had she was very quick to respond in order to get the issue resolved. Linda is great! I rented with her from 2016-2019 and she was very responsive to all complaints and communication. When my pipes burst, flooding my rental, She was able to quickly move me to another one of her rental properties that she managed. She was very accommodating with my two large dogs too. She keeps the properties she manages in good condition, and was very reasonable and fair with the move out inspection. Bottom line: I highly recommend Linda to anyone moving to El Paso.

Linda Bastraw is the best realtor in el paso in my opinion. She helped me and my family get into the home we wanted as soon as the same day in which we viewed it. Throughout the process she was very professional and helpful, she never cuts any corners and does everything proper. Whenever any maintainance was required in the rental property she responded with immediate action, She had a repairman there the next day setting us up with a replacement damper and fireplace vent. She also brought up the entire house to spec before we moved in and after we moved out. I will also comment a special thanks to Bastraw, when me and my family had to move out of state, we unfortunately had to terminate our lease early. I was able to speak with her who gave me an unbiased response on proper ways to handle the situation and terminate our lease properly with a mutual agreement between all parties. I would highly recommend all services of Linda Bastraw with a 5 star review.
