I've lived in Moses Lake since 1961 and raised a family here. I've been very involved in the community including the Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Commission. I served on the Foundation for Big Bend Community College. I've been licensed to sell real estate since 1998 and I love it. I was the 2009 President of our local Association of Realtors. I became a managing broker in 2007 and bought Moses Lake Real Estate. I changed the name a bit to make it fresh and am loving owning my own office. We have a great group of agents and are looking to add a few more. I have always had good working relationships with other agents and offices and am dedicated to providing outstanding customer service & professional expertise to everyone. We called LeRae when our condo on the lake failed to sell after 9 months, and explained our frustrations with 2 other realtors. She shared her credentials and sales history, visited our condo, and assured us she would do her best to get it sold. Within the week she had staged it beautifully, added pictures to the listing, and scheduled an open house which was well received. We closed this week, just 3 months later, without reducing our asking price!
