Most PROFESSIONAL experience of all my friends/family!!! My fianc and I chose to use this group as our realtors in our first home purchase. We are in our early 20's and both have jobs that take up most of our day's time. The team was able to work around our hectic schedules and find time to teach us everything about the real estate world. They began the process by sitting down for a 1 hour consultation to not only break down the whole process but show examples of what could happen by things going wrong or right without sugar coating anything. I appreciated this direct knowledge to help us better understand the business perspective of buying a house for both the buying and selling parties. We then went out for another piece of the consultation in which we viewed houses with the realtors so that we may point out our wants and needs in a house. From there the team could better understand what kind of house and the features we were searching for.

I found Aliza Klokus through her rave reviews online. Home buying was very difficult because I chose the wrong lender. Even though I had a very difficult lender I had an amazing realtor. Aliza was excellent. Everytime we contacted her she immediately responded. She was very responsive. I also found her to be very hard working. She provided listings regularly and scheduled visits as soon as possible. She was great!! Prior to Circadian we were working with another realtor that was awful. SEEK no further-- go with this company. They were great! They drafted the documents and were very squared away. I was so happy I chose this company. They made a difficult process very tolerable.

What we were asking for was a tall order - given one days notice help us win our dream house that we just stumbled on, sell our existing house, and make it all easy...well before we were ready to do any of this...Lauryn, Delia, and the whole crew at Circadian Realty made it happen! To say they are professionals is a tremendous understatement. They never failed to go above and beyond, never missed even the tiniest detail or deadline, and in the end they helped us land in a home that we had only been able to dream about...all in about 35 days. It was insane and we were crazy for trying to do it but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that we could not have done it without them. They are incredibly organized, the communication was timely, and everything was done with complete and total quality. Every service or person that they recommended to us turned out to be great. We put our trust in them and their skills and they never let us down at any point in the process.

Our experience with Circadian has been wonderful. Through extensive research of agents in the area, Lauryn's name kept coming on top. Although we had a choice of going with another agent and receive a discount from our insurance company, we decided to go with Lauryn because we were impressed by her confidence, knowledge, and responsiveness. After she helped us find our home and we transitioned to contracting and closing, Lauryn stayed in close contact, providing counsel throughout the process. We felt very at ease with Lauryn, she even came to our home for a visit after we moved in. To this day we keep getting invited to various events she offers to her clients. Lauryn and the Atlantic Coast Mortgage(ACM LLC) team made my home purchasing experience as smooth as possible as a result of their knowledge and experience. First, she introduced me to Michelle from the ACM team who walked me through the process and ensured I had all my documents in order. Once my documents had been approved I made an offer on a property I was interested in after some negotiations with the seller. Prior to the start of the fall back to school season I closed on the property. Both Lauryn, Michelle and their respective teams did a phenomenal job.

Lauryn and her team did a great job of making the home-selling process a painless one. She took the time (unprompted, I might add) to explain each stage of the process, and her knowledge and experience shine as she answered questions before they were even asked. Most importantly to us, was that her availability was constant; feedback felt instantaneous whether it was via email or text, Lauryns response was never far behind. Lauryn will give you the impression that you are her primary focus and thats simply because - you are!

Lauryn and her team are fantastic. As a first time home buyer, she made everything unbelievably easy, and was always available to for a quick call. I can't thank her enough, she helped me find the perfect home!
