We recruited Laura to sell our house, which had already been on the market for about 9 months with limited interest (as evidenced by the number of showings and in spite of a number of price reductions). She came to us with a new marketing strategy and convinced us that the strategy would yield a result. She also demonstrated the energy and enthusiasm that was a decisive factor in our selection. From the outset, foot flow increased dramatically and, although it still took a while to obtain an offer to purchase, she succeeded in doing so. Although it also took time to close the sale, this was in no way the result of anything she, or her associate, Lauren, did - indeed, there was in our view, a good chance that the sale might fall through without careful management by our agent.
