The Robinson Group responded to a request through Clever. Desiree met with us and help us and helped lay out a plan to get the house ready sale. Her insight of the market was spot on as were her suggestions regarding what need to be done and in what order to get the house ready for sale. She and the rest of the Robinson Team helped were flexible in accommodating our changing ability to get the house ready for listing and had it listed with in two days once having he pictures being shot. The photographer/videographer did a spectacular of job of capturing the charm and features of the old farm house and the land it sat on. We had 3 offers a list price within a week of the listing and closed on the house a month later. We'd go with the Robinson Group again and ask for Desiree by name.
