Excellent Job!!! I signed up with them on May 15th of 2019 and house was sold within 2 months or less. I had Inventure Realty for 6 months, Sona Olson, and she did nothing, I had Keller Williams for a year, Jess Lex, and she also did nothing. Within 2-3 weeks Kyle and Donna had more showings and opening houses than the others did in a longer period plus the other two realtors would not budge at 6%, and KW would not even negotiate at the end, so that realtor loss out on some big commission. I would highly recommend hiring either Kyle or Donna prior to getting anyone else. I also checked out Badger Realty, Stark, Coldwell Bank, all of which said I would never sell my house for the price I had, all of which wanted to make a quick buck on my money!
Kyle and Donna make the Ultimate team! Kyle was fast to return my calls, and took time to answer my questions in FULL. This was my grandparents home and they were sensitive to their heartache in selling their lifelong home, and helped them transition out of it.
