Buying a house is a big deal!, before meeting Kristy we struggled trying to find a reliable agent, one that will actually take their time to explain everything that you need to know about first time buying. Kristy Harper helped us every step of the way in selling our two rental homes in Tennessee. We are long distance real estate investors that owned a couple of single family homes for a long time. Words can't express how satisfied I am with my realtor, Kristy Harper! About a little more than year ago, I researched online to find a realtor that had experience in short sales and that's when I ran across the profile for Kristy. After the interview, Kristy even provided several seller net sheets (which showed all costs, such as real estate commission, mortgage payoff, title company fees, taxes, closing cost, etc) so there'd be no surprises when our home was sold.
