We met Kristin as the listing agent for a property we were interested in, we became customers/clients that afternoon for our purchase regardless of selection quickly, and ended up listing our existing home with her within the week. Kristin White is a first class realtor. I was living in California but wanted to relocate to Longmont CO where I had family. Kristin set me up with a daily email so that I could see all the properties that came on the market in my price category. This put me in the driver's seat. She was very response each time I found a property that I was interested in. When the right one came up she went to bat for me that I had a contract signed the first day. Then later, when the paperwork in California got bogged down she diplomatically reached across state lines and helped everyone get things moving in the right direction. Kristin is so much more than a real estate professional. After going through 3 realtors, Kristin auditioned for the part and not on did we find a house quickly, we found one that was a great value. With the housing shortage, every house will sell but Kristin helped seal the deal for me when there were multiple offers. She has a great reputation with other realtors and that always helps the buyer. You need Kristin as your real estate professional! She is a great communicator, which always helps all the players in the process and really helped me when I felt a melt down coming on. She not only helped me find a great home in a wonderful area (Loveland, CO), she has professional contacts to help you in areas you might want to improve in your newly purchased home.

When it came time to put in an offer, Kristin was willing to fight for us. We knew negotiating in a sellers market meant wed likely not get a great deal and would have to make some sacrifices. Again, we had her on our side. She directly channeled our passion, knowing we were willing to walk away at any point if not given a fair deal knowledge given to us by her. In the end, we walked away with an amazing deal and are excited to begin a new journey in our new home. We will always recommend Kristin for her genuine and authentic character.
