Kodi and her team are amazing. The amount of work that put into the entire process made me feel that I was there number one priority. during the entire process of the sale I knew that at anytime I had a question it would be answered timely. The sales team let me know what was on the to do list for that day (getting the photographer out, putting up the sign etc). Once we got that perfect offer the closer stepped up and knocked it out of the park with updates on the process and next steps. It felt like I was selling a multi million dollar home with her team for the level of service I received.

At our first meeting with Kodi I realized I was with the right Realtor! It took just a few days for her team to get the photos, videos, & necessary information to go on line & post everywhere. The house went on line at noon on a Friday & they received a signed offer on Sunday afternoon! The house closed a few weeks later at a price above the listing price! IT DOESN'T GET BETTER THEN THAT!
