Over the past 60 years, I've had the opportunity to deal with many real estate agents, Kim Cook, by far is the best ! She went above and beyond my expectations. For example, I was doing a lot of renovation on the property and was not always available to give the workers access and Kim Cook was there with the key! Also, because I do not live in the area Kim checked on the property daily, giving me reports of progress on the renovations and was there until the very end. Many thanks to her.

Kim was impressive from the start. She responded to our inquiry very quickly. She came up with a very reasonable asking price, meaning one that would attract buyers but n ot under price the property. The proof is in the pudding. The property listing went live on a Friday. Two interested parties were shown the property that day. One came back the next day and made an offer that was negotiated and turned into a contract of sale on that Saturday.. Essentially, we went from listing to sold in two days. I don't think we could have had a better or faster result.

Kim is professional, very knowledgeable and very honest. She was a great help to us in many ways. She was available whenever needed and gave very informative advice. Kim also knows the area very well
