This past summer we decided to sell our home and buy another. Not wanting to sell first and move furniture to storage/temporary living etc then buy, we made the decision to purchase, then placed our existing home on the market. Kim helped us find a home that fit our needs in less than a month, then listed our current property. We had a suitable offer within 48 hours. No duplicate mortgages, seamless execution of both transactions from an administrative standpoint! Kim is an excellent listener to understand exactly what you're looking for and doesn't waste your time by trying to "sell" you properties that work in HER best interest! Kim has been in the Hendersonville market for a long time and is very knowledgable about the area. She would always have drinks and snacks for us ready everytime we went to look at houses. She did very good negotiations on our house to get us closing closts and lower price. We have become friends and we recently went out to her house and my daughter visited her farm and horses.

I appreciate Kim Blanton so much. She always responds promptly to a phone call, text or email. When we signed up w/her, I was so impressed w/the aerial drone pictures she did of our land. She was the first realtor I have known that has done that by a drone. The pics were beautiful & to have the aerial shots was in my opinion, fantastic! Kim is always upbeat & positive even though the time frame took longer than we thought it would, so we sure appreciate all that she had done to help us sell our land. We are hoping to close this month, April 2017.

Kim is the best! She sold our home in 2015, and we purchased our home in September 2016 using her as well.
