We have worked with realtors in the past who tended to try to "oversell" us; that was not the case with Kim. Brian, and Lindsey took the reins to coordinate the inspection, review, counter offer for repairs, and follow up necessary for us to complete our purchase from 300 miles away. Constant contact with her team via phone and email were much appreciated. The closing process was simple, and we are delighted with our new home and to be part of this new chapter in our lives.
