Kevin helped me for over a year prepare to by a new construction home even though I didnt buy the one he was building. He is very kind, thoughtful, and thorough and was willing to go to bat for us as we changed our minds a few times to ensure we made the best decision for our family. Many changes occurred and Kevin adapted as did we. He kept in touch and pushed for answers.
