Sorry this is so wordy, but it is important to chose the right people to do business with. My daughter lives in Laguna Niguel Ca. and we live in Kansas. She is getting a divorce and needed assistance to get a realtor. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and she requested we help her chose someone. I got on the internet and researched a number ( more than 10) of agents and then my wife and I did phone interviews with the top 5. We found all 5 qualified but 3 really stood out. Without recommending which one we liked best we gave this information to our daughter.
