With this being our first home we were nervous and unfamiliar with the entire process. KC went above and beyond with being available to answer any questions and walk us through everything step by step! KC was extremely hands on and made it to every inspection when we couldn't be there. He even helped with the removal and re-installation of a toilet that needed to be taken out to get a proper sewer scope. He was very informative and was open to offering his professional opinion on anything we asked. We will certainly use KC again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
