Kathy was amazing! Our house needed a lot of work before selling. She was able to get a roofer to agree to replace the roof prior to the sell! She paid 1/2 up front and we paid her and the roofer from the proceeds. Once we listed it did not stay on the market long and we got more than I thought the market allow. This was not our first house we sold with Kathys help and each time she went above and beyond in different ways.
