Kathy helped me as part of my relocation from Colorado. I didn't know anything about the area when I moved here and she directed me every step of the way. I hired Coldwell Banker because I had a complicated 1031 transaction with a tight deadline and I needed a Realtor that could deliver. Kathy Brill Burk was my Agent from beginning to end. I sold a rental property in the Bay Area and bought four rental properties in El Dorado Hills and Folsom and one in Mid-town Sacramento. I required that all five purchases be completed and escrow be closed within 45 days. Kathy did a fantastic job. She organized and managed all of the professionals that were involved, we identified the high probability neighborhoods to buy in and we viewed homes the day they hit the market.
