I was licensed 2/10/1986 in KY and 8/2005 in FL and have been a full time agent my whole real estate career. Born and raised in Ohio, moved to KY in 1982 and then to Fl in 2005, I have helped hundreds of sellers and buyers, a lot of them repeat customers. I offer personal service from start to finish. If you have a question I will get the answer if I don't know it. For sellers, I will meet with you, give you a market analysis on your home, fill out the paperwork, take the pictures, put up the sign, put the lockbox on the house and return to my office and promptly put it on the mls and all the avenues to get it out to the public as soon as possible. For buyers, I will give you three names of successful lenders who will give us the price point we should be looking in and proceed to find you the perfect home for you and your family. I will do my best throughout the whole transaction so that you don't have to worry about anything except packing to move! Looking forward to helping!
