I sold my house in 2021 and Kathy was my realtor. My parents had a house in the same area. If you want a realtor who really wants the best for you, my advice would be to work with Kathy. While walking through the home during the listing appointment, Kathy was able to point out a couple of things that would be flagged during a home inspection. That gave me the chance to make repairs before listing the house. She gave me suggestions on what to list the house for but ultimately left it up to me. With her recommended price, she also explained why. I took her advice and it worked. My house sold over ask with multiple offers in just 2 days. I couldn't believe it. Kathy went above and beyond to make sure this was a smooth and easy process. Kathy is a professional, courteous and diligent realtor with an exceptional eye for detail.
