Moving up from the San Francisco Bay Area in 1990, I entered Real Estate in 1994. Coming from a long history of being a Writer/TV Producer, I was able to use a number of those talents in Real Estate such as staging suggestions, plus writing ads and various promotionals for my listings. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which the highest designation one can have in Real Estate, and also a Luxury Home Marketer, graduating from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing in 2019. Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of clients such as first time home buyers to those stepping up to the next home and beyond. Investors: I also own income properties myself and have good advice for those moving into that realm of Real Estate.
