My mom had lived in the same house for over thirty years and was not sure if she could get a good price for her house or how much work she needed to do get the house ready for sale. KC guided her through the process and created a simple calendar that showed my mom what was going to happen and when. KC also understood that my mom did not use technology very well, so she hand delivered all paperwork and explained everything.

I highly recommend KC. After a brief getting-to-know period in which she found out our likes and dislikes as well as wants and needs she set out to find us the perfect home. She was very communicative and provided us with lots of insights about the area. She also provided us with lots of advice when we asked her for it and was very direct and honest when she thought we needed a bit of a reality check (we really really appreciated that and came to like her input on every viewing). Her negotiation skills were on point, aggressive enough to get us a good price but also realistic about our expectations. Again, cannot recommend KC more. She will get you where you need to be.
