Karen Russo helped me sell my condo in Worcester and she really excelled on every aspect of the process. She gave me advice on what to fix or upgrade but let me know every final decision was up to me, and she suggested an asking price that turned out to be perfect! I received multiple offers and she helped me navigate the pros and cons of each offer. Once we accepted an offer she worked with the buyer's agent and lender to make sure everything worked out. The lender for the buyer had some unique requirements and she worked diligently to meet all of them. Karen was helpful, encouraging, positive, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I felt like I was working with a friend who cared about me. She was absolutely awesome and I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
