I first started my real estate business in my home town of Alexandria, VA where I received my VA Broker's license. My family and I moved to NC in 1994. I took the NC Brokers Exam and passed it the first time. We live right over the VA/NC border so it is very easy for me to market and sell homes in both states. As a Buyer's Agent, I will negotiate the best price and terms on your purchase. When I represent the seller as my client, I make sure the seller receives the best price and terms. I am always there to answer questions and guide you through the whole buying/selling process.
