Judy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable which made our first time home buying experience painless! She was very honest and open through the entire process. My wife and I worked with Donald from the SAYHAY team. From the very beginning Donald was professional, courteous, and always available to take our calls or texts. The housing market was extremely aggressive when we were looking for our home. Donald was very proactive during the entire process. If we sent him a home or list of homes that we wanted to see, he would make it a point to get us a showing as soon as possible even on that same day if our schedule allowed! WOW is all I can say. Thanks to Judi, we landed a home that we had been eyeing for months. The Sayhay Team came recommended by Dave Ramsey as an ELP. We had the privilege to work with Donald McClung and he was excellent. Donald explained the process, helped give us market insights and was a valuable adviser to help us make a purchase in this pandemic environment. We lost out on a few homes in the bidding process, but Donald kept our hopes up. He did the dirty work, explained issues people encounter in existing homes and would point out points of pain anywhere from wet basements to electric boxes still running on fuses. At one point he had wrist surgery and a baby on the way but was always available and responsive. Always thinking ahead, Donald was able work with the sellers agent on the house we purchased to get in an offer before showings began. We honestly feel that Donald saved us about 10% on the purchase by getting our offer in before a bidding war began! This saved us tens of thousands of dollars on a quality home we couldnt be happier to have!

Customer service is the hallmark of Judi's approach in dealing with buyers. Tirelessly showed multiple sites and some twice (until I felt comfortable) with the neighborhood, layout, etc so I could eliminate confidently. I put in an offer and in hindsight looking at the layout and some work that would be needed, asked her to rescind the offer (all within the timeline of course) and she handled flawlessly ensuring the owners felt that their property was absolutely saleable, just not to me. When there were issues with the mortgage firm, she recommended, she got involved and made sure that issues were resolved. Could not ask for better service.
