Joyce provided outstanding advice on pricing, marketing and negotiations, when multiple offers were received. We could not have asked for a more personal individual to help us sell the townhouse; truly a joy to work with. The townhouse was listed on Friday and sold the following Monday. Joyce also provided an invaluable reference for an individual to help us move all our belongings out of the townhouse, a task we could not have done on our own.
