At first I wasn't too impressed by his demeanor and wasn't sure that he could deliver me the house style we wanted at the right price. He turned out to be exact the type of real estate agent we needed. He was never pushy or aggressive seller like most salespeople are and he listened carefully and tried very hard to satisfy our demands not just professionally but also genuinely and consistently. He is very versatile, patient, cordial and responsive. My wife and I have been very pleased and we are now proud homeowners!!!

This was my first selling property and I reached out to Josh as he lived in the same neighborhood. Josh was very knowledgable of the area and suggested we be a bit aggressive in the asking price which turned out to be spot on. Before I put my condo on the market, I never dreamed our asking price would be accepted by the first buyer. During the process, Josh always kept me informed of every facet of the selling process and was very detailed in advising me about options, offers, etc. I always knew that Josh had my interests as his highest priority.

I give him 5 stars mainly because of the last one, as this deal was though! (took around 5-6 amendments to make it right). He was able to voice our concerns in a timely manner and made it a win win scenario for both parties. #recommended!

Josh is absolutely THE BEST realtor that I have worked with. He recently helped us purchase the second property in the Atlanta area. Josh is a fantastic agent, and I would recommend him to anyone I know. During the buying process, he was extremely responsive in answering all my questions. In addition, he was able to work around my hours to set up viewings, and see homes right when they hit the market. His quick responsiveness resulted in us being able to buy a home in an area where they last 24 hours. He also used his negotiation skills to get me terms that I wanted.
