Josh, was a welcoming and experienced force in our purchase of a home on Maui. He was certainly the trusted advisor that guided us in the right direction! Josh was incredibly patient and kind as we fumbled our way through different communities and houses, finally landing on the Westside after an extensive search around the island. He also was a great friend through the process introducing us to other families and inviting us to several events where we were able to become a part of the community. We own the perfect home and Ohana thanks to Josh!

Josh is an extremely professional realtor and a great person. He is an honest and trustworthy realtor without the "car salesman" vibe. He is a great listener and great communicator who truly wants happy clients. He sold 2 properties for me at full asking price where 3 other top real estate agents wouldn't even take the listing unless we "got real" about our pricing. The other realtors didn't understand the value of the upgrades we provided but Josh did and he saw our vision. I have refered him to many people and he listed and sold their properties as well. I would refer him 100% of the time and use him on all my future real estate needs.

We are selling estate lots along the ocean on Maui's north shore at Pe'ahi Farms near Paia, Ho'okipa and the world famous Jaws surf spot. Josh has a very good understanding of the types of buyers looking for these rare ocean side lots.

Josh helped my by my first home last year. It was a banked owned property in Haiku that received multiple offers in a very short amount of time. When the buyers in first position cancelled, Josh made sure I was next in line. The bank was extremely difficult to deal with. Josh and his team are definitely the most qualified distressed property experts on Maui. Josh is patient, diligent, and a great negotiator. He went the extra mile to insure that our best interests were kept at heart. Even though I have an active real estate license in Hawaii, I couldn't have done the deal without Josh. He's a super down to earth guy that I would highly recommend using if you're considering buying or selling real estate on Maui.

We began looking for a house about 5 years ago. We were represented by other agents for the first two years and we felt like they always hurried us make an offer. Being dissatisfied, we met Josh and instantly liked him. He is very easy-going and personable but also, he is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general and the market on Maui in particular. He showed us so many properties that fit our stated requirements, but for one reason or another, we were not ready to complete an agreement. He could not have been more nice. He just rolled with it. We never felt pressured. We closed on a property in June 2018, and afterward, he has continued to ask us if we need anything. I cant say enough good about Josh. Not for one minute have I had buyer's remorse.

Josh was realistic, open and honest about the challenges we faced, yet he remained encouraging and never shied from taking them on. I was thankful for the services Josh provided in showcasing the property, and I had initially chosen him for his professionalism and the in-depth knowledge he possesses of the market and Maui County restrictions, yet what I appreciated most of all was his personal service Josh is very engaging and listens well. He is highly responsive, and his follow-up is quick and complete. I know several realtors in his market, yet Josh will always be my first recommendation to those looking to buy or sell on Maui island.

Josh is a great guy that goes the extra distance. He helped me purchases a house and a few years later he and his wife helped me sell it. They staged my house to make it more appealing to buyers. And his knowledge and patience helped me sell my house for more than I was hoping for. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
