He'll start with a general overview of how the entire process works, is good at giving reminders along the way, and is very quick to respond to questions. We bought during a time when there was a lot of competition among homebuyers, and I felt like Josh was very instrumental in helping us stand out among many other competing offers. Explained every single line of every single contract. And was professional at every step. Oh and those months we expected hours, fair Google readers. We visited properties on Sunday afternoon. We made an offer on Monday morning. It was accepted Monday afternoon. Ok, first the facts. We were first time home buyers and I needed ALL THE FACTS before we could make a decision. Any decision. So choosing a realtor much less choosing a home? How? Where? Trusted friends said, heres a good dude. We thought, yeah, sure but can he handle me/us? But then in THIS market? In LA? How is home ownership even remotely possible?
