I've never had a more competent and professional realtor as Joe! He always knew all the houses that were available and picked the perfect houses for us to look at, always keeping our wish list and price point in mind. When we had issues with our bank and the bank wanted to close at a later date, he worked with them efficiently and quickly and pushed all the paperwork through that needed to be done in order for us to close on schedule! When you get Joe for a realtor, you feel like you're the only client because he puts so much time and effort on your behalf to make things work for you.
