We were referred to Jon by my sister who had an amazing experience buying her home with Jon. First of all there is not enough space to express our gratitude towards Jon! We were referred to him through our broker, and at first we were hesitant about accepting the referral due to the traveling distance between us and our realtor. Jon was located in Denver and us being located in Cheyenne, Wy while we were looking for a residence in Loveland Co we still thought with driving times, working hours, and let's not forget the crazy market here in Colorado.. homes were pending within days of coming on to the market, how were we gonna find a place.. not to mention it's not like we were his only clients!
